Delete your account

You can delete your SiteLeads account at any time. Deletion is permanent. All personal data we hold about you is removed within 30 days, except for the limited records we are required to keep by law.

In the SiteLeads app

1. Open the SiteLeads app and sign in.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
3. Tap Privacy & Security.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete Account.

Your account is closed immediately. You will be signed out and your data will be queued for permanent deletion.

Don't have access to the app?

Email info@siteleads.com.au with the subject line DELETE ACCOUNT, from the email address registered to your SiteLeads account.

Please include:

• The full name on your account
• The phone number registered to your account, if any
• The reason for deletion (optional)

We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email once your account is closed.

What is deleted

• Profile information: name, contact details, business details, profile photo, biography
• Identity verification documents and ABN/licence check results
• Portfolio projects, photos, and uploads
• Messages, notifications, saved searches, and filters
• Lead unlocks, reveals, credit balances, and usage history
• Linked Google account identifiers and SMS verification records

What we retain

We retain a minimum set of records required by Australian law and our legitimate business operations:

• Invoice and tax records for 7 years (Australian Tax Office requirement)
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
• Records of payments made to or refunded by us
